NOPD needs the public’s assistance locating a runaway juvenile.
The reporting person stated that Cenia Lisbeth Ramos-Aleman (DOB: 1/1/2000) was last heard from on October 15, 2017, at approximately 10:00 a.m. Aleman reportedly left her residence in the 3600 block of Trafalgar Street after sending her family a text message indicating that she was running away.
She was described as 5’0” tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds. She was wearing blue jeans with an unknown color shirt.
