Person of Interest Sought in Shooting on Tullis Drive

Person of Interest Sought in Shooting on Tullis Drive

The NOPD is seeking a person of interest in connection with a shooting that occurred in the 5700 block of Tullis drive on October 2, 2016.

At about 10 a.m., the victim and perpetrator were involved in a verbal altercation over a parking spot. The perpetrator then produced a weapon and shot the victim four times.

During the course of investigation, detectives have determined the person pictured below, who goes by the nickname “Black,” as a person of interest in the incident. He is believed to frequent the area. This individual is not wanted in regards to the incident, but officers believe he may have information regarding the incident.
