Care to share a little holiday spirit? The New Orleans Police Department’s Second District has announced its Sixth Annual Toy Drive benefiting needy children in the District.
Along with protecting the citizens of New Orleans, NOPD's Second District makes every effort to support the community, and the holiday season provides officers with an opportunity to share gifts with area children.
The Second District is asking the community to help make a child’s holiday season special. Beginning November 1, 2016, the NOPD's Second District is asking for toy donations for children who would otherwise have few or no gifts this holiday season.
Drop off unwrapped new gifts or toys anytime from November 1 - December 9, 2016, at the NOPD Second District station at 4317 Magazine Street.
