NOPD Officers Arrest Minnesota Fugitive Wanted for Two Counts of Aggravated Robbery

NOPD Sixth District officers arrested Keith Washington (DOB: 09-14-1996) during a traffic stop on Monday (Oct. 24) after investigators discovered he was wanted for two counts of aggravated robbery in Minnesota.

Around 6 p.m., Sixth District Task Force officers on proactive patrol observed a vehicle run a stop sign in the 3200 block of Toledano Street. Officers then identified Washington as the driver and learned he was wanted for two counts of aggravated robbery in the state of Minnesota. Officers arrested Washington without incident.

Washington is currently in jail and is awaiting extradition to Minnesota.
