Missing Juveniles Reported From Jasmine Street

The NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating two runaway juveniles.

On October 14, 2016, the reporting person stated the last time she saw her grandchildren Cowanda Brister (DOB: 11-15-2004) and Emanuel Brister (DOB: 7-22-2000) was when they left their residence without permission in the 2600 block of  Jasmine Street around 4:00 p.m. that evening. Both siblings are together and left the residence on foot.

Cowanda Brister was last seen wearing a gray shirt, blue jeans with white writing on the front and black and pink tennis shoes.

Emanuel Brister was last seen wearing a white tank top, blue pants and gray tennis shoes.
