The NOPD is asking for the public’s assistance locating a runaway juvenile. Deontae Bessie (DOB: 1/3/2004) was last seen on October 16, 2016, at 4:00 p.m.
The reporting person advised that Bessie left their residence, located in the 1800 block of L.B. Landry Avenue without permission. He has not been seen or heard from since. Bessie has a known history of running away.
Bessie was last seen wearing a black tee-shirt and blue jeans.
