Suspect Arrested by NOPD in Attempted Residential Burglary on Vermilion Boulevard

Minutes after responding to a call of a suspicious person attempting to burglarize a residence in the 5600 block of Vermilion Street on Thursday, October 6, 2016, the NOPD arrested Michael Howard (DOB: 08-29-1994) in connection with the incident.
