NOPD Seeking Suspects in Third District Shooting investigation

The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying and locating suspects in the ongoing investigation of an aggravated battery by shooting in the 4300 block of Louisa Drive on November 11, 2021.

At about 3:40 p.m., the victim – a 16-year-old juvenile male – was exiting a business at the location when the two pictured armed subjects were seen arriving at the scene in the pictured red Kia sedan, which was occupied by at least one additional suspect. The two then reportedly opened fired on the victim before fleeing the scene. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

The suspects were seen to be wearing dark colored hooded jackets. One suspect was wearing a yellow shirt and lighter-colored pants, while the second was wearing light-colored jeans.

The suspect vehicle is described as having a temporary license tag, damage to its front driver’s side bumper with blue tape and a decal on its rear left side.
