The NOPD is seeking to locate two subjects for questioning in the ongoing investigation of the homicide of Bruce Cucchiara on April 24, 2012 in the 4500 block of Papania Drive.
Through investigation, NOPD Homicide Unit detectives have developed Richard Chambers (pictured, black male, DOB; 02-03-1991) and Joyce Whitfield (pictured, black female, DOB; 07-13-1957) as persons of interest in this incident. Both subjects are believed to be from the Baton Rouge, La. area.
These subjects are not currently wanted on criminal charges. However, detectives feel they may have knowledge of information vital to the investigation and wish to interview them.
