The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Da Li (pictured, Asian male, DO: 05-02-1980) of Metairie, La. in the ongoing investigation of a sexual assault on May 23, 2019 in the 200 block of Poydras Street.
Covenant House’s 10th Annual Sleep Out is being held on Thursday, November 18th, and NOPD’s very own Lt. Kim Williams of the Field Operations Bureau has joined the cause. She will be giving up her bed for a sleeping bag to help raise money for this very important community organization.
