The NOPD is investigating a residence burglary incident that occurred in the 6500 block of Oakland Drive on October 31, 2018.
At about 4:13 a.m., the unknown white male subject shown in the brief surveillance video clip linked below, allegedly broke the front glass window pane and stole the victim’s car keys. The victim’s vehicle – a blue 2018 Dodge Caravan bearing temporary Louisiana license plate 17921854 – was also stolen.
