The NOPD has arrested Allen Carter (DOB: 11-01-2000) in connection with two simple vehicle burglary incidents that occurred on November 11, 2018 one in the 4800 block of America Street and one in the 4800 block of Dale Street.
NOPD Seventh District detectives responded to a call of subjects breaking into vehicles. After a brief foot pursuit, the suspect – later identified as Carter – was captured and arrested. During an interview with the detectives, Carter admitted to entering vehicles and taking property as he and his brother walked towards their residence.
Carter was booked into the Orleans Parish Justice Center for two counts of simple burglary.
