The NOPD Homicide Unit is seeking assistance in locating Larry E. Reed (DOB: 11-28-89) in connection to a homicide that occurred on April 10, 2016.
At around 7:37 p.m., Fifth District officers were called to an aggravated battery by shooting at the intersection of Allen and North Derbigny Streets. Upon arrival, officers located a black male victim suffering from gunshot wounds to his body. He was pronounced death by EMS.
Through the course of the investigation, detectives developed Reed as the perpetrator in the incident. Once located, he'll be arrested for second degree murder.
