UPDATE: The NOPD has located the family of the toddler found wandering through an apartment complex in the Seventh District.
The investigation is on-going. No arrests have been made at this time.

The NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating the parents or guardian of a lost toddler.
On November 3, 2016, at approximately 10:30 a.m., officers responded to a call that a two-year-old was wandering around the Copper Creek Apartments. A photo of the child is included below.
