Suspects Sought in Shooting at Henriette Delille Street at Annette Street

The NOPD is seeking two suspects in regard to a shooting that occurred on November 8, 2016 at the intersection of Henriette Delille Street at Annette Street.
 
At about 5:27 p.m., Fifth District detectives responded to the 1100 block of St. Bernard Avenue, where a male victim was being prepared by EMS for transport to an area hospital for a gunshot wound to the lower leg. The victim told police that he was walking in the area when he met up with a friend nearby at the intersection of Henriette Delille Street at Annette Street. At that point, the victim said, two unknown black males werewalking in the area when one produced a handgun and fired at the victim. As the victim fled, he said, the second suspect also produced a firearm and fired at him, striking him in the leg.

Subject #1 is described as a dark-complexioned black male standing about 5’5” with a slim build, believed to be about 15 years of age. He was wearing a baseball cap, gray hoodie sweatshirt and blue jeans.
 
Subject #2 is described as a dark-complexioned black male standing about 5’9”with a slim build, and believed to be 17-18 years of age. He was seen wearing a baseball hat, gray hoodie sweatshirt and blue jeans.
