The NOPD is looking for a runaway juvenile from the 800 block of Loque Street.
On October 19, 2016, at 5:30 p.m. Haleigh Harding (DOB: 12-02-99) left her mother’s residence on foot. She has not been seen or heard from since.
Harding is 5’5” in height and weighs 120 pounds. Her photo is included below.
