The NOPD is asking for the public’s assistance locating a runaway juvenile. Yuri-Patricia Veliz (DOB: 5/21/1999) was last seen on November 23, 2016, at 11:00 p.m.
Her sister advised that Veliz left their residence, located in the 13000 block of Granville Street without permission. She has not been seen or heard from since.
Veliz was last seen wearing a beige blouse, and blue pants.
