The NOPD is asking for the public’s assistance locating a runaway juvenile. Ronnie Francis (DOB: 10/1/1999) was last seen on November 16, 2016.
Her State of Louisiana legal guardian advised that Francis was in Houston, Texas preparing to be transported back to New Orleans when she ran away. She has not been seen or heard from since.
Francis may be in New Orleans and is known to frequent the French Quarter and Holly Grove area.
Francis is described as standing 5’6” tall, weighing 165 pounds, with a brown complexion.
