New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating a suspect wanted for felony theft.
Wanted is Jessica Leigh Carter (pictured), White female, DOB 09/13/2003.
According to investigators, the victim's wristwatch was stolen on April 26, 2026 in the 200 block of Poydras Street. Through investigation, detectives identified Jessica Leigh Carter as being the suspect. A warrant is on file for her arrest.
All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
