Suspect Wanted For Illegal Possession

New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating a suspect wanted for illegal possession of stolen property valued at more than $1000.

Wanted is Susan Lynn Harman (pictured), White female, DOB: 08/19/1982, height 5’ 7”, and weight 165 pounds.

According to investigators, the victim's cellular phone was stolen on April 19, 2026 in the 2000 block of Canal Street. Through investigation, detectives identified Susan Lynn Harman as being the person who sold the stolen phone at a kiosk in the 4700 block of Paris Avenue on April 20, 2026. 

An arrest warrant is on file. 

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
