New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with identifying and locating a suspect wanted for theft by fraud and vehicle burglary.
According to investigators, the victim's purse was stolen on April 13, 2026 in a vehicle burglary which occurred in the 1600 block of North Rocheblave Street. The pictured suspect was recorded on surveillance video illegally using the victim's credit/debit cards at a business in the 1900 block of North Broad Street around 2:07 p.m. on April 13, 2026.
All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
