NOPD Seventh District Arrests Suspects on Narcotics and Weapons Charges

New Orleans Police have arrested two suspects for illegal possession of narcotics with the intent to distribute and illegal possession of firearms. 

Seventh District officers conducted a traffic stop at I-10 and Crowder Boulevard around 4:50 p.m. on May 7, 2024. Officers noted suspicious material inside the vehicle and obtained a search warrant. Found (pictured) during the search were firearms, narcotics, weight scales, and other drug trafficking paraphernalia.  

Arrested were Lawrence Cuiellett, Black male, DOB 12/24/1995 and Justin Bocage. Black male, DOB 04/26/1994. In addition to the narcotics charges, Cuiellett was arrested for being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
