The NOPD is requesting assistance from the public in locating and identifying those responsible for a theft incident that occurred on May 20, 2023, in the 3800 block of Howard Avenue.
On May 20, two unknown male subjects were seen entering a construction site at the location using both the pictured semi-truck pulling a flatbed trailer and the pictured white Dodge Ram pickup truck. The subjects then used heavy machinery to place large steel beams – valued at about $300,000 – onto the flatbed trailer before fleeing the scene.
