The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in locating a person of interest in a robbery that occurred on May 14, 2023 in the Eighth District.
At about 3:40 a.m. on the date, an unknown black female stole the victim's wallet and then with the help of an unknown black male, forcefully stole the victim's cell phone.
As a result of the incident, the victim sustained serious bodily injury.
The perpetrators fled in a black GMC Terrain registered to Renard J. Prevost (black male, DOB: 07-10-1987).
Prevost is being sought for questioning only at this time and is NOT Wanted in this incident.
