Members of the New Orleans Police Department are investigating a homicide that left an unknown man dead, a 25-year-old man dead, an unidentified man in critical condition, and three men in stable condition. The offense occurred shortly after 2:00 P.M., in the 4800 block of Alcee Fortier Boulevard.
