The NOPD is seeking to locate a person of interest for questioning in the ongoing investigation of a homicide on March 27, 2021 in the 3700 block of Blair Street.
Through investigation, NOPD Homicide Unit detectives have determined Jahmal Sam (pictured, black male, DOB; 04-12-1979) to be a person of interest in this incident. Sam is not wanted on criminal charges at this time. However, detectives feel he has knowledge of information vital to the investigation and wish to interview him.
