The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject in the investigation of a theft that occurred on May 16, 2020 in the 3200 block of Chippewa Street.
At about 11:30 a.m., the pictured unknown subject was observed on security footage (click here to view video) taking a package from the front porch of a residence in the block. The suspect fled on foot toward Harmony Street, then unknown.
