The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject believed to be responsible for a property snatching in the 400 block of Bienville Street on May 10, 2019.
At approximately 4:40 p.m., the pictured subject reportedly robbed the victim of her cell phone while in the aforementioned area and fled in an unknown direction.
