The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating a subject believed to be responsible for a attempted simple robbery in the 2200 block of St. Charles Avenue on February 1, 2019.
The pictured unknown black male allegedly approached the victim as the victim had withdrawn cash from an ATM and attempted to take the victim’s property before fleeing the location.
