The NOPD is searching for Jasmine Mitchell (DOB:12/03/99) for her involvement in an auto theft that occurred on May 16, 2018.
The below pictured suspect was captured on surveillance video committing an auto theft of a black 2016 GMC Yukon at around 3:14 a.m. in the 800 block of Poydras Street.
