The NOPD is requesting assistance from the public to help locate and identify two suspects believed to be responsible for a theft in the 2900 block of General Degaulle Drive on May 19, 2017.
The victim reported that while he was working at a construction site in the area, he placed his tool bags down and attended to other business. When he returned, the bags were missing. A review of surveillance video shows two unknown black males fleeing the scene – one on foot and the other on a bicycle – in possession of the victim’s property.
