The NOPD is investigating a homicide that occurred in the 200 block of North Rendon Street today.
At around 6:08 p.m., First District officers responded to shots fired in the area. Upon arrival, they discovered an unknown adult male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the area. He was pronounced dead on the scene by EMS.
The Orleans Parish Coroner’s Office identifies victims and determines the official cause of death.
