NOPD Seeking to Locate Subject Who Reportedly Removed Ankle Monitor

The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a subject who reportedly removed his court-ordered ankle monitor.

NOPD Child Abuse Unit detectives are requesting the public to be on alert for Marlon Castellanos-Munoz (pictured, Hispanic male, DOB: 09-18-1995). Castellanos-Munoz was arrested in September 2024 on one count each of indecent behavior with juveniles and contributing to the delinquency of juveniles in connection with an incident that occurred in the Seventh District.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Marlon Castellanos-Munoz is urged to immediately contact NOPD Special Victims Section Child Abuse detectives at 504-658-5523. Those wishing to report information anonymously can do so by calling Crimestoppers of Greater New Orleans at 504-822-1111 or toll-free at 1-877-903-STOP.
