The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating a vehicle believed to have been used in the commission of an aggravated battery by shooting on January 25, 2022 in the 700 block of North Broad Street.
The vehicle is described as a dark gray, newer-model Chrysler 300 sedan with tinted windows and no discernable license plate.
