The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Kevin Willingham (pictured, white male, DOB: 04-01-1994) in the investigation of an aggravated battery by cutting incident on March 7, 2022, at the intersection of Andrew Higgins Boulevard and Magazine Street.
At approximately 11:56 p.m., NOPD Eighth District officers responded to a call of an aggravated battery by cutting at the location. After completing their investigation, detectives identified Willingham as the perpetrator and obtained an arrest warrant for one count of aggravated battery.
Willingham reportedly fled the scene in a grey Dodge Caravan minivan bearing Arkansas license plate 090VYI and is accompanied by a female subject believed to be his wife.
