The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a suspect in the investigation of a theft that occurred on March 16, 2020.
At about 3:14 p.m., the pictured suspect was seen taking an unknown amount of copper piping and wiring from the rear yard of a residence in the 4200 block of Fountainbleau Drive.
