The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Kobey Joseph (pictured, DOB: 11-29-1999) in the investigation of an aggravated assault that occurred on March 22, 2020.
Through investigation, NOPD Eighth District officers determined that at about 11:46 p.m., Joseph reportedly shoplifted from a business. Upon returning to the business, Joseph was allegedly asked to leave by an employee of the location. Both parties were involved in an argument, at which time Joseph allegedly produced a handgun and left the location.
