NOPD officers have made an arrest in a recent theft incident that occurred around 9 a.m. on March 19, 2020 in the 5600 block of Vermillion Boulevard.
Julian Moffett (DOB: 08/29/1985) was positively identified as the person responsible for stripping the copper from the victim's rear air conditioning unit and the piping from the exterior of the residence.
Moffett was apprehended and transported to the Orleans Parish Justice Center where he was booked accordingly.
