The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating and identifying the pictured subject wanted for snatching a victim's phone on South Peters and Girod Streets.
The incident happened on March 11, 2018. At about 3:55 p.m., the below pictured subject took a victim’s rose-gold colored iPhone from her hand before fleeing the scene. The suspect was seen on surveillance video wearing a red windbreaker and black sneakers.
