The NOPD is searching for a subject wanted in connection with threats made to UNO students.
Nicholas Heard, (B/M DOB: 6/6/1997) is wanted on a terrorizing charge.
On March 11, 2018 at 5:30 p.m., Heard is accused of making direct threats to fellow students attending UNO.
Heard stated that he would shoot several people on campus.
