The NOPD is looking to identify and locate two subjects who have valuable information on a homicide that occurred three days ago in the 5000 block of Louisa Street.
The incident happened on March 23, 2017 at around 2:23 p.m. The two subjects in the above picture are not wanted but investigators believe they both have valuable information on the homicide incident.
