The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Gary Delton (DOB: 08-16-1995) in connection with a shoplifting that occurred at the Home Team Sports Wear store at 600 Decatur Street on February 8, 2017.
A black male later identified as Delton was captured on video surveillance removing a hat from one of the store’s racks and placing it underneath his shirt. Delton and a juvenile believed to be his accomplice are believed to have stolen additional merchandise in this incident.
When located, Delton will be arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possession of stolen property.
