NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile.
Alyonna Carter (DOB: 3/8/2002) failed to return to her home in the 7100 block of Bunker Hill Road after being involved in a verbal altercation with her parents at 10 p.m. on March 20, 2017.
Carter is described as being a black female, 5’4” tall with a slim build. She was last seen wearing khaki pants and camo jacket.
