NOPD Seeks Person of Interest in Homicide on Kabel Drive

NOPD Seeks Person of Interest in Homicide on Kabel Drive

The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating Curtis Delmore Jr. (DOB: 03-18-1995, who is considered a person of interest in the fatal shooting of Verrick Bills in the 3400 block of Kabel Drive on March 17, 2017.

At about 5:37 a.m., NOPD Fourth District officers responded to the location, where they discovered an unresponsive black male suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. The victim, later identified as Bills, was pronounced dead at the scene as a result of his injuries.

During the course of the investigation, detectives developed Delmore as a person of interest in this incident.

Delmore is not wanted in connection with this incident, but detectives would like to speak with him, as they believe he may have information regarding this incident.
