The NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating a man missing from the 5300 block of Royal Street.
The reporting person stated that he last spoke with Marvin “Scooby” Brown on February 15, 2017, at an unknown time. He stated he has been unable to make contact with Brown since.
Marvin Brown was described as a black male, 6’4” tall and weighing 150 pounds.
