NOPD Second District Lt. Jennifer Dupree and Det. Michael DiMarco were among the large number of officers patrolling in the area of South Carrollton Avenue and Orleans Avenue during the Krewe of Endymion Mardi Gras parade on Feb. 25.
The Violent Offender Warrant Squad (VOWS) and U.S. Marshals arrested two individuals for major offenses within the past 24 hours.
