Second Suspect Sought in Double Shooting Incident on Adele Lane

The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating Bracarrie Reed (DOB: 01/13/1996), who is wanted in connection with an aggravated battery by shooting incident that occurred in the Sixth District.

On Monday, June 11, 2018, at or around 7:27 p.m., a shooting occurred in the 700 block of Adele Lane, injuring two victims.

Arrest warrants were issued for two subjects in connection with this incident. Officers arrested Thaddieus Simmons (DOB: 09/181990) on Friday, June 22, 2018. However, Reed is still at large. Investigators believe that Reed may be driving a dark colored 2005 Infiniti FX35 and may be armed and dangerous.

When located, Reed will be charged with two counts of attempted second degree murder, two counts of aggravated criminal damage to property and two counts of simple criminal damage to property.
