NOPD Seeking Suspect in Simple Burglary on Philip Street

The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate a suspect believed to be responsible for a simple burglary that occurred in the 500 block of Phillip Street on June 25, 2018.

The reporting person told police that she received a call from her brother at about 2:07 p.m. The brother, who was out of town at the time, told her that a check of his security cameras showed that the pictured black male had broken into his residence. The reporting person relocated to the residence, noticing that the front door was open. The reporting person stated that no items appeared to have been taken, but that the victim's front door and lock to the victim’s office had been damaged.
