New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with identifying a suspect wanted for hit and run driving.

According to investigators, at about 12:57 a.m. on June 7, 2024 the driver of the pictured white-color Dodge Charger collided with a vehicle parked in the 100 block of Royal Street.  The driver of the Dodge then fled the scene without leaving their information. The driver of the Dodge was described as being a Black male wearing a white shirt, and a Black female was a passenger in the Dodge. The Dodge displayed LA temporary tag 21109744, which has been confirmed as being fraudulent, and it sustained damage to the front and to the driver's side of the vehicle.
