The NOPD is asking the public's assistance in locating a suspect wanted in connection with multiple package thefts in the First District.
On Wednesday May 9, 2023, and Tuesday June 13, 2023, packages were stolen from the front porch at two separate locations.
With the help of Surveillance video, investigators have positively identified Raymond Buckley (Pictured, Black male DOB: 10-04-1994) as the alleged perpetrator in these incidents.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Buckley on theft charges.

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
